Community Foundations of Canada invites you to join them on Friday, October 13, 2023 from 1:00pm -2:00pm ET for Financing Your Organization’s Future: Impact Investment Tools You Need to Know with Propel Impact and Wakopa Financial.
In this session, Richard Tuck (Wakopa Financial) and Keshiv Kaushal (Propel Impact) will introduce the concepts of social finance and impact investing. They will then map out the social finance landscape in Canada, highlighting various types of funders and sharing the different financing mechanisms that are applicable to impact-driven ventures, social enterprises, non-profits/charities, and co-ops, alongside case studies of organizations that have successfully raised capital. This session will be of great value to social purpose organizations and we are looking forward to it!
