Funded by Emploi et Développement social Canada (EDSC) / Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), IRP supported social purpose organizations across Canada, equipping them to tackle key social, cultural, and environmental challenges.

Here’s a small snapshot of the findings:
– 80% of funded organizations expanded impact, creating jobs and driving community change.
– 93% of funded social purpose organizations reported IRP improved their investment readiness knowledge.
– Pre- and post-IRP self-assessments show 55% of social purpose organizations advanced their business model or plan, fulfilling a clear need.
